Important: No Refunds Policy

All purchases made on ProPop are non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service
  • Failure to use the service during the subscription period
  • Lack of technical knowledge to implement the widget
  • Expectations not being met (subjective satisfaction)
  • Business closure or website shutdown

2. Free Trial Availability

We offer a Free plan that allows you to test our service before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly recommend using the free plan to evaluate if ProPop meets your needs before upgrading to a paid plan.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time
  • You will retain access to all paid features until the period ends
  • After the period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan

4. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds at our sole discretion for:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors on our end
  • Unauthorized transactions (with proper verification)
  • Extended service outages lasting more than 7 consecutive days

Any exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account
  • Dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
  • Pursue recovery of any costs incurred due to the dispute

6. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds or credits are provided for the remaining time on your higher-tier plan.
