1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProPop's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ProPop provides real-time social proof widgets for websites, including live visitor counts, dynamic nudges, announcements, and analytics. Our service is designed to help e-commerce stores increase conversions through social proof.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • One account per person/business entity

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan: Limited features and view counts. ProPop branding displayed on widget.

Paid Plans: Monthly subscriptions with increased view limits and premium features. Billed monthly in advance.

View Limits: Each plan has a monthly view limit. Exceeding your limit may result in widget display limitations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ProPop for:

  • Displaying false or misleading information
  • Fraudulent activities or scams
  • Websites containing illegal content
  • Harassment, spam, or phishing
  • Attempting to circumvent view counting or abuse the service

6. Intellectual Property

ProPop and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content and data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will try to provide advance notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

ProPop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
